no command after installing twrp

hi guys i have flashed the latest 3.2.3 on my c9000 HK. Now the problem is my phone is working normal but when i go to recovery it says no command after pressing the buttons i did factory reset but still the same no command problem. I want to flash supersu plz help

Not sure you will get an answer. I am using the same Twrp as you and data will not mount. Have done everything that was posted to get it to work like formatting data...but I'm getting tired of everything being wiped everytime I formar data and having to start over.
