In a daft effort to get Kies to work - I was just curious having never seen it work before - I turned off MTP and Camera Mode on. As this had of effect and therefore I have given up on Kies altogether I thought I would refer back....but oh no...no such luck.
I have scoured info re this and have yet to come up with a solution and now am considering flashing the Stock ROM again in an attempt to hopefully revert the USB Connection back to MTP.
The closest I have got is using #*0808# and choosing MTP & AP from the menu....but alas this didn#t solve my issue.
