no network,but i have imei

hello guys,i have a s3 ,i installed neat rom with 4.3 and then i had a problem i was conected to the network and when i made a call it didnt work.
i flashed the xxemg4 modem worked then i installed the s4 revolution 9.1 but i had the same problem i installed again the xxemg4 modem but it not works,i flashed then a 4.1.2 firmware with odin,but i had the 00499******00 imei problem i flashed a 4.3 rom i had back my imei,but i can make calls
i made a efs backup,but i cant restore i,its a tar.gz that the neat rom made before flashing,but i cant restore it.so any help guys

Your emei is stuffed if it starts with 0...

Dont go replacing /efs unless last resort. You need to flash a stock rom in odin. If your on 4.3 now just flash stock 4.3. That should get your emei back. Dont worry about baseband. It can be whatever as long as you have emei. Also check you have an APN as that is often reason for no calls.
