No network / emergency calls only

I cannot acces my network, Sim is detected. A few seconds i see my provider and than it goes to emergency calls / no network. Tried different SIMS, nothing works. Can someone help me?

Same issue showing network provider name for few seconds and goes to emergency call only.
did some one solve this problem.
