no OS installed

i have xperia t2 ultra and rooted and have twrp custom recovery
when i want to format data with twrp , i choose advance option and delete my system data
so, when i want to reboot it says "no os installed , are you sure want to reboot" and i choose yes
now my phone its stuck at sony logo and can't enter the recovery mode
what should i do ?

relax & connect your phone for charging for atleast 2hrs
because you need at least 50% but i'll say 70% charged battery for installation process.

download stock image FTF file with help of XperiFirm
download flashtool for your computer OS, windows or mac.

install flash tool

2 dont get panic
3 download flashtool & stock firmware from this single tool
4 keep your phone battery 50%+ or just keep phone on charging for 1hr or so...
5 you need data cable to connect device to pc

i tried to install twrp recovery after i installed it the mobile open on sony mark and reboot and open again and reboot i tried to do boot the software by flash tool it says (no loader found on this device) i can now go only to recover mood please help me...
