I wanted to do a wipe cache, but accidental i format everything. When i wanted to reboot, i got the message: No OS. Than I dowloaded the offical stock ROM, and i flash the stock recovery. I wanted to flash the stock rom in sideload mode, but I coud not. My pc dont see any adb devices. Please help me!

Just install the Android Studio: https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html

Let only the things install what the installer ask, restart PC and you should be able to sideload ;)

I would:
- install TWRP again (using the stock recovery)
- Download OOS
- Put it on a usb drive
- Connect the drive to your OP5 using USB OTG
- Install OOS via TWRP
