No read or bloga availble to Unlock Airtel wifi data card amf-311aw

Dear all,
Greetings!

I'm new to this forum.
I've been trying to research on airtel amf-311AW data card for last few days.
Apparently no information is available on internet regarding this WiFi device.

Its We-Wins manufacturing device from China.
I tried to talk to some unlocking local vendors. They also gave up saying its hard to unlock this device.

Couple of questions, if someone can help.
1) is this device really cant be unlocked?
2) why no post about it across internet.
3) can we band lock this device.
I tried to check javasript, the bandlock option is disabled. I tried to enable and submit band change but firmware default it to band 40 which is the worst speed.

Can anyone please help.

No Luck Bro.
Some one please help.
I hate this device. very bad product..
Even firmware is also very bad.

I went to local shop and asked the guy to open the device.
He tried to put some value (bits 0-1) on the chip.

Now the device range is broken. :-(
Extremely disappointed with this device. Sheer waste of money
