No ringtone, only vibration

Hello..

I have a frustrating problem with my g4 plus, its still new,

My phone is on general mode, not vibrating, not silent, but still, no ringtone, no sound, tried almost everything,

Only vibrates, and im using this as daily driver.......

Any suggestions?? Any solution?? Ill be glad..

I searched and couldn't find ..

Using 32 gigs, dual sim. Thanks in advance
