SD saving works fine for me. However, I have problem with quick launching camera and camera shortcut at lockscreen is missing for me.
Same for me, and in manual mode if I switch on front camera the app crash

No other problems for me, switching works fine. I'm on genysis 4.2 (20f).
Among many other video-recording manual controls, I like 60fps recording and video compression quality selection. It is a great complement for the already excellent camera in the G4!

Just installed - 60 fps video works well, and camera switching works (though the "Beautify" slider has no effect - fine by me!). However, whenever I try to switch to external SD for storage, the app says "Storage Full. Not enough space on SD card. File will be saved to internal storage. To free up space, delete some files."
I have a 64 GB Lexar SDXC installed, so I presume this is due to MM permissions (I've already granted full device permissions for every category and checked them in the Apps security settings). Not sure how to fix this. LH-H815, UK model.
I'm aware this will be due to the MM permissions changes for non-system apps... I saw this earlier update (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66639526&postcount=119).
Perhaps there's a way to grant permission explicitly to the External SD, the same way ES File Explorer does it? (you have to manually select it and grant permission the first time, after that it remembers for the next time). I'll use ES FE for the time being to transfer files manually, good job there's plenty of internal storage!
The V10 ported camera app is great. It has all the features the G4 stock app should have contained at launch. Thanks SO much to all involved for your porting efforts.
P.S. - if there's a way to expose a setting to disable the camera's OIS, that would be great! I can't stand the way LG implemented OIS on the G4, it looks so strange. I'd rather stabilise my videos afterwards...)

V2 of your app is working very good on L. How is that ?
If one stays away from manual camera or ffc there is no FC. Manual video keeps working.
But if you say so...

To fix the SD issue I deleted the G4 camera stock apk, then, using RootExplorer, I copied the V10 apk renamed and authorized it. Finally I rebooted ma G4. The SD now is working.

Hi yener90, good job, I tested on my stock unrooted marshmallow G4 (F500S) Korean Sets. Works flawlessly except for one thing.
I'm unable to change the location of the saving of the video nor picture. But it's okay, small matter.

Moving the app to system and a wipe dalvik/art cache...makes it run ok

Makes no difference for me either, but I have found that the Beautify slider no longer works in the original default camera app now too.
After a reboot, Beautify is working in both apps now. The V10 app will not zoom using the front camera though. Again, nothing I particularly care about.

It's interesting that you actually get a message toast saying that zoom doesn't work for this mode - it's curious to presume that must be coded somewhere for some reason. Unless it doesn't work on the V10 either..
Beautify works fine for me on V2 running MM. Zoom on front facing camera also displays the same message. Honestly, if you never fix the SD card and these two issues, I'll never care or be upset. The fact that we now have manual video and 60 fps w/o root on the G4 is amazing. Now if there were someone out there who could just get the FM radio working on my Verizon G4.
