Thanks for this awesome mods. The Camera run smoothly in my LG H818N. But the Image quality of v3 was superb (Auto Mode - HDR Off). In v4 it looses some sharpness and detail (Auto Mode - HDR Off and OIS on). Are there any problem in my Handset or Camera Setting?

Can't differentiate it well. Let's wait for @yener90 response about it :) Maybe he can check

If anyone using G5 is interested, well v4 works well, with the usual SD card bug and also double choices shown on choosing video quality. Mic directional controls/wind noise filter is not working for me as well.

If you don't touch any settings in manual mode or if you reset all the manual settings, it will be like you're in auto. You'll have to play around with it to learn some different things about it.

How do you stop the default camera app from running once you install this? It doesn't seem to overwrite the older camera version for me and it doesn't create it's own icon.

I believe you need to remove old camera from system>priv-app>lg camera and move the v10 with the name of the old camera (lgcamera.apk) with the right permissions. Yes, you need for that. As for me, when I did that, I couldn't quick launch the camera (neither lockscreen nor double tap).

Nice, thank you!! :)

EDIT: ok it works like a charm and I find it wayyyy more smooth/reactive/fast than stock camera and G5 Camera. Everything is good, wow. I'm really impressed. Love it, excellent work dude :highfive:

Installation process (root)
- install as normal apk
- launch root browser or similar app
- rename or delete old LGCameraApp.apk file and lib folder in /system/priv-app/LGCameraApp/
- move the content from /data/app/com.lge.camera-1 folder to /system/priv-app/LGCameraApp/
- set permissions for lib files as rw-r-r (chmod 0644)
- rename base.apk to LGCameraApp.apk and /oat/arm/base.odex to LGCameraApp.odex
- reboot
...
- enjoy :D

EDIT2: sound is back... and renaming files doesn't change a damn thing.
If you want silent camera , copy this files http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66258646&postcount=13 to /system/media/audio/ui/ (rename old files or delete them).
I just kept original af_failure since it's useful.

Does saving in sd card work for you? Mine says your external storage is full blablabla. Double tap the volume down button doesnt open it as well.
