No SD card access for some apps?

I am having some trouble with getting apps like Snesoid and N64oid to see the external SD. Is this a ROM issue or a hardware issue or possibly an OS issue. Anyone else have this problem with any other apps? Might just be the apps themselves Idk.

I'd be willing to bet you're running a 64gb sd card out of the box??? If it's not 64gb, I'm pretty sure I'd be right in saying that more than likely you have it formatted as exFat instead of fat32. A LOT of applications don't like exFat and won't even see it.
