Bought a new unlocked Galaxy S4 mini (i9195) from e-bay.
I'm having trouble connecting to the Telus/Koodo network. I had it working for a bit, but now it will not connect at all.
The EMEI under the battery is correct with my carrier, but when using the *#06# method, it shows differently and will not verify with my carrier.
I have tried a few different radios, a couple different roms, apn settings, rebooting, auto network connect, manual connect and so far nothing is working.
It will search the local network providers, but does not show any bars and will not connect to anything.
Any suggestions?
