I've tried factory reset, TWRP b.u.
Doesn't seem to be running hot.
Uninstalled Magisk, no change.

just tried flashing the OEM RUU for Oreo. Still no WiFi.
And now requires power/vol down to restart. PITFA!
Guess next try is Pie OTA.

Did the pie ota fix your issue? Thats what fixes mine. Now when ever I downgrade to oreo from pie my wifi is gone, but taking the pie ota wifi returns, this is the second u11 that I own that this has happened to . Something is breaking the wifi,

up'd to Pie. WiFi and other seems so far, OK. But telling me my WiFi signal is "poor". Which it is not. Toggled. Restarted. N/C.
Sees all my neighbors WiFi with good signal. WtF?
Had to change router pw to "WPA/WPA2 mixed mode". So far good. Even got WiFi Calling back.
I liked Oreo better last time. Perhaps I was just hallucinating. Time will tell.

Hey guys, my HTC U11's wifi and data connection suddenly stopped working. I'm not that good with phones, is there any solution for this? If so, is there a tutorial for this?

i have the dual sim version
I found this on android file host, https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=1899786940962610751

It looks like it should work for your firmware version. double check by going into your download mode and check the os- make sure it matches what u gave me also double check that my link matches your version

to install the ruu, download it,, then rename to 2PZCIMG.ZIP ,, then place it on the root of your sd card,, boot in to download mode then just follow the phone prompts, if it comes up with a error just make a note and post back.

there are more detailed ways of doing this as in the 2 links below but Iam going by what u gave me ,, if you want to double check your mid/cid version then you will have to follow the instructions below. If anyone else has a better idea please let us know. Trying the best I know how without giving bad info. hth
