Question No SIM error when main screen opened

Seems to have been happening since the last update. When I open the folds main screen my phone seems to lose its sim. An error pops up saying no SIM inserted. When I close the main screen my sim is detected again.

Anyone else had this. I'm starting to worry it's a hardware issue.


Update: switching my SIM card to the second slot seems to have fixed it. No idea why

Looks like there maybe an issue with the SIM tray on your device, I would take it into the Service Center and let them check it out

It has now started happening again. I will have to contact Vodafone I guess.

Update now WiFi is lost as well and the fold screen just stays black. Rip my fold 4. New phone being delivered tomorrow thanks to my insurance.

Yeah, looks like your Fold 4 is starting to fail and needs to be repaired. I had an issue when the S-Pen would stop working in the main screen and the speakers wouldn't work when my Fold 3 was entirely opened.
