No update setting available

Hello everyone

I can't find the update option in settings on my C9 C9008 model. I have checked in settings and can confirm that the device is in official status and is not rooted. Can someone please help me in solving this problem and find me the update option?

No C9008 officially sell outside China & Hong Kong so it's system should be changed to work in other countries.
C900F is the only international model and not need to change system so it officially updatable.
