No vibrations

Hi, my phone seems not to vibrate anymore when it's expected to, even not on events outside OS. Does that imply the vibrator unit is gone for good or has it only been deactivated and can I wake it some way?

I know it's not the best answer you could expect. My last phone lg g3 had this once and every approximate 6 months. I hit it at my hand a couple times and was unstuck. You can try that, but since no other phone of this time had this problem I think you vibration is broken
