What is your carrier? A lot of carriers, like Verizon, have it blocked out

Same here, got it working when I bought my 7T last year. Don't know when it stopped working, so could be with the 10.0.8 update.

Furthermore, I read that this is also a known issue for the 6T with one of the latest updates, but the workaround with the Engeneering Mode and PDC seems to work for at least some of the European carriers.

Does anyone if this is a known issue for the 7T as well?

To all having issues with VoLTE: which carrier are you using and in which country?

For me (Magenta in Austria) it worked with the Telekom PDC profile back on my OnePlus 6 at least (currently VoLTE is enabled by default now on my 7T Pro). Are you sure your carrier supports it, that you are in an LTE network currently when checking and that your device doesn't need to be whitelisted on the provider's site?

Switzerland, Swisscom.

It worked with an earlier version of the OS after enabling the buttons (features) for VoLTE and also WiFi Calling by using the LogKit app. But never used or tested WiFi Calling, but VoLTE worked.
