No WiFi and Bluetooth signal after camera replacement

Hi guys, I replaced my rear camera and the loudspeaker on my OnePlus 3T an they works well.
The problem is that now WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS don't work (no networks are detected).

I noticed that if I'm really close (1meter) the access point network is detected and I'm also able to connect but with very poor signal strength. The same with bluetooth (10cm). Also GPS does not acquire position.

I think the problem is related to the antenna. I opened my OP3T different times to check if something is wrong but I couldn't be able to figure out what is the problem.
Did someone face this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I tested GPS and it works. So the problem is related to WiFi and Bluetooth. Does someone know what are the pins in the mainboard that connect WiFi circuits to antenna? Without back cover with integrated antenna, should the WiFi normally find some networks? Thanks.

If you can post a Picture of the board, maybe someone can help...
Hi, I noticed that in the area indicated by the arrow there's something strange.

I think it could be a missing resistor.

This one is a mainboard image taken from the web:

If you look at the image it seems that in that position there's a small black resistor.
What do you think? Is that area the one related to wifi circuit (and antenna)? Thanks.

Hi,
I am facing the exact same problem with my OP3 (no WIFI, no bluetooth, GPS working fine) after changing the battery. I precisely compared my phone with the picture you took on internet and I do have exactly the same configuration (I have the small black resistor).
I don't think the issue comes from it.

Does anyone have an idea about what's going on ?
Thanks :)

Hi !
Did some researches on the subject and found useful info :
- The BT/WIFI chipset is located on the top right of the phone, but under the metallic protection.
- The BT/WIFI antenna is located on top left of the back cover. I guess the connection between the antenna and this chipset is broken somewhere
I'm sorry I didn't provide any image, the forum doesn't let me post images since I am new here

It would be interesting to understand if without back cover normally wifi works (obviously without a strength signal).
Because this way we could figure out if the problem is related to the antenna placed on the back cover (or to the pins that connect it to motherboard) or is related to the motherboard itself.

Thanks guys.

I have this same problem, I tried to pick up pins on motherboard, but it doesn't change anything. Probably something is wrong with back cover.

Has someone found a solution for the issue? I noticed even my phone's hotspot has a weak signal similar to wifi and bluetooth. I'm using my OP3 without wifi or bluetooth for almost 4months now.. Any help is appreciated :)

Hi,

I am having issues with my WIFI and BT signal too. My WIFI signal is ok up to 1 meter and my BT signal up to 30 cm.

Today, after opening my OP3 i've notice something in the back cover. Apparently something was broken. I closely looked at it and noticed it was whiteish some kind of resistor on the top right corner of the motherboard. It was broken and missing from its place.

With me this is probably the thing that is causing the problem.

Just for curiosity purpose, I've opened my OP3 once again and removed the antenna cable. It turned out with or without it it does not make any difference for the signal strength.
