Unfortunately, despite finding Noble Rom an excellent Rom and of which a great job has been done, to fully use the device and some Apps, I need encryption.
I hope you work on this aspect, I don't want to be forced to migrate elsewhere

0. Make a Backup of EFS and of all your stuffs before proceeding
1. Open TWRP by pressing volume up+ bixby + power buttons
2. Press on "Install" and select Universal9810_Repartitioner https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachments/universal9810_repartitioner-zip.5816841/
3. Reboot to TWRP
4. Press on "Wipe" and select "Format Data" then type "yes"
5. Reboot again to TWRP
6. Press on "Install" and select Universal9810_Cleaner https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachments/universal9810_cleaner-zip.5809289/
7. Reboot again to TWRP
8. Press "Install" and select NOBLEROM zip
9. Follow AROMA instruction and at the end of installation, reboot
10. Enjoy Noble ROM

- Will be released as BETA because:
- Front camera issue and HDR Force Close are back
- Face unlock doesn't work
- Since space needed has increased now it needs REPARTITION
- Repartition method it's very easy, it has to be done just once and it will erase all your datas
- Repartition allows you to go back to any ROM, so it's not useful just for Noble ROM 3.0

and no, you need to flash cleaner after that then noble
dont worry if it shows unable to mount partitions, normal since ur repartitioning, after formatting data it only appears /preload (dont worry about that too)

But I'll be honest, since the transition to Noble 3.0 needs a demanding job (repartitioning, backup, etc.etc) I will do it only if you promise me that in the next release you will implement encryption (as other Roms 13 already do) I don't want to be forced to migrate to other Rom

I would like to continue to stay here and use your Rom

I did what the manual said and loaded the rom, installed it. However, Noble 3.0 does not work as well as other Noble roms. There is some lag and slowness. Twrp version 3.7.0.9. My phone is Note 9 (N960F). What could be the reason for this delay and slowness?

because the rom is in beta

lots of functions arent working, like hdr and front camera issue crashing are back and face unlock

and this rom is the first port of android 13, maybe a reason you can say it lags and is slow, since Noble still has fixes and optimizations updates to do till its stable like Noble 2 and up

I installed the rom knowing that it is beta and some functions are not working. I asked to see if the performance issue is related to my phone. Because no one other than me has stated that they have performance problems yet. Frankly, I was afraid that there was a problem with my phone.
If the performance issue is only related to the rom then I don't need to worry.

We noted that and it's one of our goals for next Nobles
Although, don't compare this ROM with other ROMs based on A13, cause this is OneUI based and it's harder to port encryption on this
But we'll try for sure

Using any root explorer go into vendor/etc/init and delete init.pressure.rc then reboot

Strange, I was expecting that from a S9 since it has only 4GB RAM, but on my N9 it's fine honestly
