on my XP computer I get a pop up error: c:\update\RUU_signed.nbh. then in a large popup with the pic of the phone get ERROR [238]: file read. The utility can not open the requested file. please check your utility. same on 7 without the lil popup window.

Hi,

You must set device in tricolor screen aka bootloader in order to flash it

Can you provide your phone Firmware revision?

It is in settings\about\more info

Hi. Thanks for the rom but wondering if there was anyway you could help me out. When I try to run your Rom I get Error 260. A little backstory, my phone keeps rebooting itself. It get to the HTC screen and then reboots over and over. I put the Phone in Tricolor mode before I tried to flash it. Here is what is says in Tricolor Mode if it helps any:

PC93100 SS-BC (4K)
SPL-4.3.230513.1(130787) MNG

RADIO-1.53.00.08.30

Only the stuff that I thought would help.

Hi,

After flashing 4.03.653.03 ROM your phone is locked to any previous ROM flashing

I will try to create an SLSPL ROM but not sure if can be done
