Re Pie: please someone tell me there's a way to turn off the Google search bar at the bottom of every screen. I've been all over the settings and can't find anything that turns it off.
I don't recall there being a radio on my phone. Did you side load it or what country are you in?
What is the build number for Pie? Please send a software detail screenshot
My phone updated to Pie three hours ago without a hitch and is now running nicely.

Has anyone been experiencing repeated notifications since the Pie update? I only noticed it when a text message comes in, but it could be happening to other notifications as well. What happens is, if I don't read the notification, my phone will make the notification sound every 36 seconds. Yes, *36* seconds, not 30 or 40, but specifically 36 seconds. Not sure why that specific number, and I can't find a way to stop it.
It has to be something with Ambient Display. Because I changed it from "Periodically" to "Once," and the duplicated notifications went away. Weird. It worked correctly on 8.1.

With the 9 update. I now get the LTE signal/i icon instead of 4g
Eagerly waiting for the updates to come to UK. Anybody got the chance to capture the OTA?
I'm keen to get this too. I only got Pie on my Nokia 7 Plus because I sideloaded it. Not sure why UK is so far down the pecking order for OTA. Probably a sign of things to come for us

The model numbers of the Nokia 7.1: TA-1097, TA-1095, TA-1100, TA-1085 and TA-1096. Android Pie now available on TA-1085 & TA-1095 I think. My Nokia 7.1 (TA-1085) got the OTA upgrade to Android 9 Pie this morning. Everything seems to be working fine so far.

I have the US phone, T-1085, purchased from Amazon when it first came out. At first turn on it updated to 00WW_2_57D. I have two SIMs installed, one for US and one for Europe (T-Mobile Domino [pre-paid] on both) and am physically in Europe now. Still no Pie update. Have tried VPN with no joy.
No update to Pie in Belgium either.

Tried the https://www.xda-developers.com/nokia-7-1-android-pie-update/ from this link, but I think that's an OTA for the 7 plus actually. The build was refused.

Which model number is your phone? The same OTA zip file is in some of the websites, but bit hesitant to try in my Nokia 7.1. If it get bricked there is no older OTA backups to revert back.
I've TA-1095
The build that's available there is for "ctl_sprout" (you can also see that in the download link) while my device has codename "B2N"

ps: if you try to upgrade you see your codename before you start the sideloading. So you can see at that point what codename you have. Also if you would try with a different build the bootloader will refuse it anyway, so I don't think it's dangerous.
