Nokia 7.1 TA-1095 VoLTE & VoWi-Fi not support

Dear friends,

I bought a Nokia 7.1 TA-1095 but does't support with O2 Germany VoLTE & VoWi-Fi.

Nokia said O2 Germany fault, O2 Germany said Nokia fault.

How can I solve this problem?

How do you know it doesn't support VoLTE?

I was under the impression that it worked fine.
