nokia 710 startup problem

my girlfriends 710 had a strange problem. when she started her phone today when nokia appeared then already came goodbye on the screen and the phone turned off

i found on the internet a way to hardreset the phone with pressing the volume down, camera and power button.

i tried it but now my phone only vibrate but nothing appears on the screen?

i need help please
