According to developer options OEM is unlocked. But when typing in fastboot "fastboot oem device-info" it says that it's still locked.

Anyone have idea why none of the button combinations from the guide work for me?

I can enter bootloader or recovery just fine using adb and USB debugging but button and cable wont work at all.
