Got it but I think it does not work on non-Nokia Phones.

yes, nokia drive need internet but you can try this trick:
when you set destination press windows button and kill internet connection (data or wifi) and use task to go back to Nokia Drive...

Nokia drive uses internet connection to search for places, and get the location of those places

then after u set "Drive To" , you can disable data services

it would route using GPS module and no longer needs internet

Downloaded maps fine, but...

Downloaded Serbia maps (20 Mb) fine, but... nothing except main roads in serbia.... All other countries are detailed, but the only one that I've downloaded is not.... how come?

There is a new version of Drive out and there also is Nokia Cherry, Nokia Switch, Nokia NPS and the Nokia Servicetool.

Switch (the file transfer tool) relies on a driver and could eventually be installed via cab sender. NPS is a Feedback Tool and Servicetool (Is called Debug when installed) is a tool that tests your hardware if it is working properly.

No idea what Cherry is.

you can have it in a really easy way (interop unlock non needed), just check this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1393265

after installing the "Nokia Apps.xap" you just need to search in the market for "Nokia Contacts Transfer", if you have any other problem check the thread, first post is very well written

i downloaded and tried it (i have an HTC Mazaa) annnddd... it opens but i don't know if actually works (i don't have a nokia to test it!)

i saw this thread
and i also saw warnings about cases of modifying OS after using other OEM app
some people say that changing registry a few times caused their phones to not launch apps and install from marketplace
as a result - hard reset
so i'm not going to use it right now
thats why i need xap

Nokia Drive just startup using internet but while navigation nothing is consumed from your data package so no need to switch it off

thats why i need xap

it doesn't edit the registry (if it would we could use that for interop-unlock all the phones), it just overwrite the file with the default OEM store, wich is going to auto-reset itself by the windows phone in 24h

Nokia Drive can't be found in marketplace, I don't understand what you are saying. Nokia Drive is PREINSTALLED on Nokia devices ....

Yes it can be found in the marketplace, but not by searching, you must have the address.
