Didn' t know if i could be allowed to post about win 10 problem but anyways if anyone could help would be great..
So here's what happened:-
1.Upgraded from 8.1 to 10
2.did a reset from 'about my phone'
3.after reset the 'settings' disappeared
4.did a hard reset from key combo
5.now the sad smiley appears every time phone boots
6.cant hard reset cant soft reset
7. WPRT NSU NRT nothing is working..
Please someone help me..
