Nokia Lumia 610 flashing

Hi!
I have a european greek nokia lumia 610.I want to change it's language to arabic.I found in nokia data package manager nokia 610 rm-835 Country variant lebanon lb black_v1 1066.0000.8779.12260 firmware which i believe it has arabic inside.How can i flash my lumia-610 with this firmware and change language?Is there a way?Thanks!

Hmm, for some reason I can't get Nokia Care Suite installed on my computer, so I can't see if NCS includes support for the Lumia 610 but if it is, it should work.

I'm gonna see if I can install NCS and keep you informed, but maybe someone else can set this straight.

That s***s, just one question, did you extract the .esco file with an unzip program because inside the .esco file you will find the boot.img which you have to rename, keep me informed.

man i downloaded latest firmware from navifirm copied to nokia packege etc... connected my phone .. opend the app recovery ... dead usb start opend the phone with volume up and not working
windows 8 rtm

I just can't get it, why it's not working, I've mentioned another option and that is working on the 710.

Can L610 be flashed with a fully unlocked custom rom

I want to know if L610 can be flashed with a custom rom, as we can do on L710...
If yes then, is there anyway to oc the processor..
