Nokia Lumia 800 Firmware 12072 Update

Be cautious with this update, i have a discharge fault after updating which has my phone losing 95% of its battery over night if left connected to the USB cable.

Have yet to confirm what is causing this issue.

I've got Nokia Dload, so I'm stucked for the moment...
Still nothing on Nokia servers.

Worrying about the discharge fault. Hopefully it's not update related

sucessfully updated from 12070 to 12072 on my de-branded Lumia using cab sender. First quick test confirms that the volume bug is gone

I was on India Country Variant 12070 firmware. No problems applying this update.

I can also confirm that the volume bug is fixed in 12072 without any kind of reset

But before cheering more, let see what other "surprises" this release might bring...

Updated my Lumia (CV 059N263) with CAB sender method successfully. I can also confirm that the volume bug is gone.

That's perfectly normal, something stupid Nokia doesn't mention to its customers. it takes a few charges, roughly 5-10 for the battery to recalibrate.
