Nokia Lumia File manager

So basically i feel my phone is clogged up. i can feel a Lag and the iconstake a moment to loadup. Im assuming its all the files left from uninstalled apps, junk deleted, etc.

So i want to be able to explore my hard drive, not jsut the pics/mus/vids but the whole system. Ive read on the forums about getting it root unlocked, but theres been a mention that it wont work on certain Lumia 800, those newer than .4 version?

So is there a way? If not, how can i keep my phone tip top, like a i bought it. Is there an app like ccleaner for windows.. just so i can get rid of all the junk
