I am trying to revive a non-booting official Xoom MZ601 by following for example this:

No link worked, I could only google these Win10 Motorola drivers:

When connecting the device, I get "Mot Single ADB Interface" under Device Manager, but ADB lists no devices attached.
The device is booted to – "Starting Fastboot Protocol Support"
I have no way booting to the OS (nor a recovery) and getting to set up USB debugging.
What am I doing wrong?
