There is not a burned screen, that's stupid, LCD screens don't get burn-in. It's just a software issue (firmware of the driver chip) that affects primarily the phones sold in India.

Being software issue or not, it exist, and OTA updates are not fixing it, so it's the same... People don't care who causes the issue if it has no solution, and I don't think it's regional related... Thanks anyway!

The name is wrong. Why not call it lazy eye defect or bubble gum if it doesn't matter?
And yes it was regional, affecting the first models sold in India.
But whatever, don't buy one if you are worried.
