Non-Rooted Note 2 in boot loop and failed to mount /efs and /system error

I have the SGH-i317 from AT&T not rooted and I was stuck in a boot loop, but I cannot factory reset because of the file or directory not found issue. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried re-flashing the ROM or using Kies/SmartSwtich to perform an emergency recovery?

Go to Sammobile .com or samsung-updates .com and enter your model number in their search feature to find your stock firmware, make sure you get the right one for your region. Then flash that in Odin.

I have sgh-i317 AT&T and i stuck at bootloop i have tried updating my firmware to 4.4.2 with odin but still the same stuck at bootloop. and when i try to factory reset my phone it shows "failed to mount /efs" please help me anyone? i'll really appreciate it!
