Here's a good app to download shared videos of any resolution you choose----->》https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rahul.videoder thanks for pointing this out to me @bigpappags3
Also Google "video to PNG tool" and download that to make the frames. Thanks to @Thebear j kossfor finding that for me

If you mess up your phone, Remember I didn't twist your arm to install these so don't blame me:what:
Please make sure your kernel supports boot animations first
These work on all gs3 variants. And will work on s4's but will look smaller.
Instructions on instalation,
1. download boot animation of choice
2. rename to "bootanimation" zip
3. navigate to sytem/media using root browser or file manager (I like Root browser) and delete or move the old bootanimation.zip to a safe place.
4. place new bootanimation.zip in system/media
5. Fix permissions to rw-r--r--
6. reboot and have fun
7.Don't be afraid of the thanks button
for boot sounds replace PowerOn.ogg file in system/media/audio/ui
these sounds dont sync up correctly but it starts up close to the end of the animation so bare with me, I'm looking into it. If it bugs you just leave the sound file out. I only have four made so far :crying:
