Not able to boot into download mode in galaxy s10

Bought s10 3 days ago and im facing problens while gaming, they are lagging too much, saw some solutions and one of them said to re flash stock firmware.
I download the firmware but i am not able to boot into download mode, when i press power + bixby + volume down button my s10 keeps vibrating and showing boot samsung s10 image.
I also have a note 8 which boots into download mode normally, idk whats wrong with this one.
But when i press volume up button instead of down button it takes me to the menu where i select "reboot to bootloader" i select that then it boots into downloading mode but odin is giving me "failed" error.

Hold bixby, volume down and while holding these, put the usb-c cable in the s10 when connected to the PC

Have the same Problem, but bixby + vol- + cable brings my G973 into recovery - after some delay. Ist G973FXXU2ASF3

Shut the phone off. Put in the type c connector while holding volume up and bixby, now plug in the usb. It should automatically load into download modw
