Not Charging

Well, I just got another G4 Plus and if I connect the charger to it, the symbol with battery and lighting bolt appears, but on battery details it says "not charging". I have tried a soft reset (10 seconds press on power) and still not charging. Tried clearing the cache, still not charging.
If I plug in the charger, it says "Turbo Charger Connected", but then nothing is displayed (instead of charging or charged)...
This is stock Nougat, latest update, not rooted and bootloader locked.
In the fastboot screen, the message says "Battery OK [Charging]"
When powered off and charging, the battery symbol moves like it's charging, but the numbers don't go up.

Any ideas?

If the charger and cable works(cross test) and if you have warranty get it replaced. Maybe another one with bad battery.

I have tried with my other charger and phone, the charger works.

Returned the phone.

Any update on the same. I am also facing the same issue. And my phone is now out of warranty.

Did you find any solution of this problem. Because I am also facing the same issue. I tried all including cross checking charger and phone, reset, restart, cache clear but nothing seems to be working. And my phone is out of warranty now. Please update.

I have returned the phone to seller. Sorry, I think it was a defective USB port.

im late, but if anyone has this issue, Try going in bootloader mode then use the volume UP or down button to find "BPtools". Press power button after you select BPtools, then see if charging works fine
