I just flashed a mod with CWM..Then cleared the cache it was stuck there and then i manually restarted it 
..After that i cannot boot into CWM ..What do I do??

The recovery is pretty much gone now there is no way u can load it.
This is a common problem with locked bootloaders.
The only way to get back recovery is to reset using Sony Update suite and flash CWM or TWRP and do not restore or clear cache since that is what causing the problem.
It has been discussed in both the recovery threads, check out the last few pages.

i had this same problem . I almost soft bricked my phone . Solved it by the same method above. Now running CM10.1
