So my mother managed to forgot her gmail acc and now cant access her mediapad.
Is it possible to upgrade/downgrade firmware while a device is in FPR lock?
Because I cant seem to get it to work. When I press power + volume down I get a screen that says I should connect to HiSuite. But it doesnt work.
I tried the dload method on a sd card but the update always fails.
Its an EU one so I followed this guide on stechguide (cant link here, spam filter).
Is there another way to change the firmware?
I dont even know which firmware is on it right now.
