Not possible to speak to text

Hello. I´m having this problem

Google now launcher, miui updated to last europe version.

In whatsapp or any other app that uses keyboard, there is the microphone icon, but when i push it, it makes a small vibration, but it wont listen to me.
I can use the "ok google" option, so it can recognize my voice, but i cant speak to the keyboard to writte the messages for me

Same issue here. I think it's a ROM problem
