I have the zuk z2 plus with lineageOS 11 and it doesn't install either....Will it be a magisk update thing for Android 11?

Yeah, and don't forget to flash Magisk with TWRP 3.2.3-1 only. Newest version cause bootloop of system after flashing TWRP, and Fox Recovery too.

If you don't want install Google APPS, there is somes good alternatives now, it's possible to install "Aurora Store" wich is an open source alternative of the playstore, it could work with or without google account and install apps, bypass restriction, bypass phone models, and bypass country.
It's possible to install Aurora service as Magisk Module too, for a full integration like the Playstore when you install any app.

For Youtube, it's possible to install modded APK too, with MicroG dedicaced service sandboxed only for this mod : http://51.79.73.32/downloads/manager.apk

About MicroG, they actually works for a full open source replacement of the proprietary licenced google services on Android : https://github.com/microg/android_packages_apps_GmsCore/wiki/Implementation-Status

Until it's ready, it's possible to use a fake Playstore Proxy for apps wich absolutly want playstore installed on Android : https://microg.org/download.html

Tried with Arrow OS...
So far sooo good...!! Looks smooth, with a decent battery life, working FP etc.... Overall ROM usability looked good...

As far as I noticed, it has hotspot bug. Also, some small app force stops for display>style/wallpaper section. Once fixed, this ROM could be the best for usage.

One more issue is after we install the GAPPS package above basic, on-going call view is hidden/not displayed. Hence we cannot disconnect the call. Seems it happens due to the stock dialer being replaced from the GAPPS package. Any idea how to fix this?

My only issue is the constant notification LED blinking for no reason.
Is there a way to completely disable the notification LED? Also disabled during charging?

I tried installing magisk using the latest installer but it failed ..

I tried canary magisk and it worked >>

Help me i am facing these issues ( I am Noob So please Forgive me )

Hope Everyone js good I am having a Problem I do not recieve calls The phone just rings Do not show the caller id or recieve or decline buttons and also whatsapp having issue its not open when i click the icon it only opens when i press the notification of whatsapp . I do play games i face a lot hang and freeze in games So Please solve this altho the rom is Very comfortable and lovely thank you
