i have flashed rom with my unlocked device ,all it go well but the rom is not changing programs that you guys include in roms ,it remains like t-mobile thats has 2.26 ipl and spl how to do ?

If you have the same operating system on your device after the flashing process has completed then your device is not CID unlocked. This is written many time on this forum.
