For me , i didn't have any issue in registering my device with my galaxy app via OTP doc

Got mine Note 10+ today. Also 6000 HDFC cashback and 4000 cash from offline retail store. However he took 1200 points recieved in samsung club.

Got my note 10 plus black 256gb edition. When trying to enroll my self in samsung pre book offer.. after entering otp im getting message.
"Apologies. This is applicable to galaxy note 10 users who are eligible for pre booking/ launch offer...."

Anybody getting the same error?
