Can you get into SS recovery, to wipe, install, etc.?

No not at all. If I do a reboot to recovery thru thru wanams 4way reboot, then I get the bootloop. Then I get back and redo the whole process of uninstalling and reinstalling and still no success.

That's what I thought. My advice is to go back to mje in Odin, reroot, then starting the process over to update to NC2.

You're dead in the water as you currently are, no ability to backup, install, etc. Might as well start from scratch.

What all need to be done to go back cz I currently have it flashed to pageplus and do not want to break flash. It didn't break when going to 4.4.2
I don't have access to SS so how can I wipe and flash..or do I go thru Odin and flash mje then add 4.3..? A little confused..

Yes use Odin to flash the MJE tar to go back to 4.3 and then root and start over.
I've read using the wanam 4way reboot is not good at the moment with ss 3.72.

Like Harleydroid said, start over fresh, no worries. Clean fresh start isn't a bad thing and you need working SS regardless

Hey guys, I lashed baja KK and then rebooted to download from SS. I open odin and plug the note in and it doesnt show up in odin. I installed the new sammy drivers and tested it as suggested and it worked fine. Any suggetions now? TIA

Try a different USB port. Also restart your PC if you haven't tried that yet.

Sometimes you have to have it in DL mode first. Then plug it into pc. Then start Odin. Should show up fine then. It can be finicky finding the proper start sequence. Some have to start Odin then attach phone. Trial and error really.

And to the guy above's point, rebooting is a great idea. If you Uninstalled your old drivers you should have Rebooted before installing the new ones. So all traces of old are gone before throwing the new drivers on.

I had already rebooted PC. I uninstalled drivers and reinstalled them. Rebooted again and it worked!

I'm on the NC2 firmware and funny you should ask, I got the weird idea to try a 4G Ookla Speed test about an hour ago: 43MB/s with 4 of 5 bars...

My reception in remote areas is as good or better than MJE. I'm not seeing anything but improvement with new firmware.

Just to be clear, if I took NC2 without root/Safestrap then I'm preeeety much screwed until someone figures out a way to root NC2...correct? Obviously a noob, but I've learned quite a bit more since impulsively doing that. "Goin' learn today!" lol

Just updated and everything went well. Put in Safestrap 3.72 hit install recovery it worked. But when I reboot no safestrap screen appears.
I read it will work with new update. Is there something I am missing

Did you reboot from the safestrap app or restart the phone? Reboot option from safestrap does not work yet.
