Basic layout appears to be the same as the N3; doesn't look like too much has physically changed ... Looks like they abandoned the menu button and replaced it with the recent button!

If they do what they did on the Tab S, you can long press the "recent" button to bring up the menu.

I like the more solid looking border, but other then that it looks flatter thats it.

Not a big enough change for me to change phones and upgrade. Is that a new faux leather pattern? Maybe it's just the lighting but it doesn't look as nice as ours. I do like the side trim wondering if it really is metal. I been upgrading about once a year but I think the N3 is perfectly just fine for me.
