Hello this is my first time on the forum. Thank you in advance for those who will Itry and help
So today T-Mobile sent me an update for my phone. It's probably a bad idea to start it with 35 percent battery but I figured it'd be fine since it was plugged to a power source. During the update phone completely died. I have tried fixing it using a lot of combinations of buttons bixby volume up and power ... and leaving it plugged to the power for over an hour. So far nothing has helped. I called Samsung and they said I had to send it over to them which will take weeks.... And I have no warranty on phone...
