note 8 n5100 imei problem so help

Hello all iam new here i got a factory mode on my note 8 n5100 and i did root with odin without backing up any thing when i got rid of factory mode and phone was back to normal imei number was 00049 and network wasn't working now i updated from kies last night and nothing changed so what must i do can any help thanks very much

Updated via kies to kitkat? A factory reset might bring the imei numbers back. You will loose all apps on the tab.

did that also a million time and it didnt work what do i do i need something to bring imei back

If a hard reset didn't work, there's not much you can do. If you have root access, look for apps that can edit the imei numbers. The numbers should be on the back of the device, or inside the battery compartment.

Hey i did root and applied samnet patch and network cameback 3g came back but imei mumber still mot changed and i did imei changer and it changed and still giving me emergency call only

Hi everyone,

I have note N5105. I make it phone with custom kernel and rom of N5100. After this operation my IMEI number is changed.

Can anyone help me about that?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 GT-N5100 model that unfortunately will not boot.After interring to reset Page by power+volume keys and selecting the WIDE RESET TO FACTORY, the following message appears on screen " E: failed to mount / system ( invalid argument)." And the screen locked so I will be forced to go back again to first step. would you please help me.thanks
