Note 8 OTG problem !

hello,
i have just bought galaxy note 8.0 3G,WIFI version with android 4.1.2 jellybean and the problem is when i connect a kingston usb flash, a mouse or even a card reader a pop up notification says usb connector connected and they only power up with the power light but i cannot access any of them .. any idea ??

I don't think a mouse is going to work.

As for OTG... you need OTG Helper app. I purchased he donation to get more features.

you need to formate the file system in exfat or fat32 to work ....I have same model but mine works well......even mouse and keyboard works like chump without any third pary app ......

Solved, i got a new original OTG cable and it worked .. thanks guys
