Yep...You need to install the Black Theme to get the one like your screenshot. You can find it in Galaxy Note 2 Theme and Mod on XDA.

Which version of mine did you have to test? Only the ported 4.4.4 for Korean variants S,L,K will work on your device with the patch of course. Did you try to use my Agni Kernel backup setting to fixed the shutters sound issue...?
