Thanks to @arraujo helping out with some files needed. @sknifer helping out to test and confirm what arraujo said @ktetreault14 for testing and uploading a video for guys who isn't sure if it works
@www1 for also pointing out some files where making the camera not force close! @noooooo is a confirmer he also tested and confirmed this is working @pedro_cardinal mentioned it didn't work for him (don't know what he's base was but I assume it was someone that didn't work) @biggy81168 for confirming and pointing out (some missing libs?)
Also told that animte effect works! @kendragon testing and reporting

This is tested and being working on Touchwiz 4.3 rom. Yet its not fully working!

Don't flash on any 4.2.2 ROM it's been confirmed that it's not working it will be stuck at optimizing apps!

It has been taking some time to get this working, According to arraujo you can use Note III Keyboard (but i'm not sure if theres any difference!)

Yes slow motion is there so is fast motion and another what new one called smooth motion

btw, I found slow motion And when I remember right, it is also in stock s4 camera^^
