Good thing, didn't have to wait for a backordered phone. Wish there were more options besides light black and dark black.

VZ messed up my order for a 256 Aura Black and put it in as a 512 Aura Black. They had already messed my order up once, we had to redo it which took 2 hours on the phone amazingly, once I got the email that my "order was almost complete" and saw that they put my 10+ as a 512, I told them about the mess up, they said we could cancel the order and do it AGAIN, I said forget it, I will pay the $100 extra for the 512. I haven't gotten my phone yet.... why a preorder would be delayed over 2 weeks, who knows, but I will have more than enough internal space on my phone now. My 128gb on my note 9 is about 60% full, and my 256gb sd card is about 80% full. Would have room to not even use my SD card, but I probably will since I have so much stuff (pics, business documents, music, etc) on my SD card. Just easier to continue to use that and will have way more internal memory than I will ever need on the phone.

Oh yeah, besides messing up which phone I actually wanted, they also messed up which lines my phones I ordered were supposed to go on. They have my 512 Aura Black going to my wifes line, and my wifes n10 aura glow going to my line.... VZ really did not have their ish together. 16+ hours on the phone with them for all of these mess ups, they promised me my phones would be here on the 23rd, and now they might ship the 4th according to them (they are not sure).
