notification app small icons

is there any way to change the horrible notification app icons with the white stock lp/mm ones?

like the example below

Yes with a theme, I use Hero Horcrux and look of mini icon is pretty good

On the top status bar, the icons for the apps like whatsapp, inbox, telegram etc etc i wish to have it white. Like standard lollipop or marshmellow stock.
